We invite you to Biocultura to talk about used textiles and urban agriculture

From November 21 to 24, Biocultura, the Ecological Products and Responsible Consumption Fair, will take place at IFEMA Madrid, where we will organize various activities around second-hand textiles and urban agriculture, in this case with the help of the 3C Program Cultivating Climate and Community.

The presence of 50,000 people and 400 exhibitors is expected.

November 22

  • Conference on the Socioeconomic Impact of Second-Hand Fashion in Africa and the European Union, by Ecce Sanli, a specialist in circular economy from Humana People to People. At 11:00 a.m., in space N118.
  • Round table: Agroecology in the Community of Madrid, a look at the past, present and challenges of the future. At 12:30 p.m. In space N116, with the following speakers:

  • Exploring the world under our feet workshop. At 12:30. In the MamaTerra space. Workshop on experiments to learn about the soil, aimed at a child audience. With Álvaro Álvarez, landscaper, and Mario Martínez, specialist in urban arboriculture.
  • Wild seed bombs workshop. At 16:00. In the MamaTerra space. Workshop on preparing clay balls mixed with wild seeds. Also with Álvaro Álvarez and Mario Martínez.

All the activities we organize are free.

In addition, we will have a container so you can deposit your donations of used textiles.
