Customers at Humana España, Humana Portugal and Humana France stores have donated 8,086 euros through the campaign to support small farmers in Kavango, in Namibia. Its climate has always been dry and with variable rains; Climate change is causing these already very difficult conditions to be accentuated for the population. The country has suffered drought since 2013. Last year, the government has declared an emergency situation due to lack of rain, taking into account that a quarter of the population is in a state of food insecurity, after more than 28 months with hardly any rain.
