The Foundation awards the Humana Circular Awards within the framework of Ecofira Valencia

Humana has presented today the Humana Circular Awards within the framework of Ecofira International Fair of Environmental Solutions and Ecological Transition, which is held at Feria de Valencia.
These awards distinguish those companies, public and private entities that stand out in the field of waste management, environmental protection, sustainability and the circular economy.
During the act, Joan Piquer, General Director of Quality and Environment of the Generalitat Valenciana, declared when receiving the award that "the award is yours, from all the entities represented here, for your involvement in the collection of textiles, despite which is not yet mandatory, which gives it even more value. We must continue promoting the separate collection of textiles, normalize this fraction in the whole of waste management and continue in this line.
The winners have highlighted the importance of the selective collection of textiles which, in the case of HUMANA, has the added value of its social purpose. They have also referred to the fact that Awards such as these strengthen the awareness work around textiles and the protection of the environment.
