Today, the largest Humana store in the Foundation's entire network of establishments opens at 388 Alcalá Street in Madrid.
It has more than 350 square meters of commercial space and an offer of more than 7,000 items of clothing. Along with the usual sections of clothing, footwear and accessories for men, women and children's fashion, it includes a large section dedicated to home textiles.
It has two spacious and bright floors in order to offer an excellent shopping experience. The design of the store responds to the new corporate identity of Humana stores.
Consolidating the new image of Humana Stores
Part of a new logo, the basic piece on which we are building this new identity, which includes signs, façade colors and renovated shop windows, and a new interior more in line with the concept we want for our establishments: more current, with new chromatic details, a more careful interior design, new box backs, posters and signage and, in general, a better design, accompanied by new messages and concepts related to sustainability, fashion and social purpose, gathered in a Manifesto.
The Humana stores in Seville, on Avenida de Menéndez Pelayo, 52 and on Madrid's Alcalá street, at number 190, have recently reopened their doors sporting this new image.
More than 25 years have passed since Humana opened its first establishment in Madrid, on Bravo Murillo Street. Today there are 28 points of sale in the city and 52 throughout Spain.
In 2023 the number of customers in the Foundation's stores stood at 2.7 million, that is, 13% more than in 2022.
Working towards a more sustainable model for fashion
7 out of 10 people who buy in our stores declare that when they purchase a secondhand garment in one of our stores they stop buying a new item. That 70% replacement rate means secondhand helps make our closets more sustainable.
